The name says NoMad but West 27th Street between Sixth and Seventh is generally considered Chelsea, in the flower district. It is a good example of why you should map the address rather than trust the hotel name.
Are the terrace suites worth booking?
There are only three, and private outdoor space with an Empire State Building view is genuinely scarce in Manhattan. If they are available for your dates they are the best rooms in the building.
