This policy explains what personal data NewYorkHotels.co.uk collects, how we use it and your rights under UK GDPR.

What we collect

Standard server logs record your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the referring URL. These are held briefly for security and operational purposes. We use privacy-focused analytics to understand which pages are useful, without storing personal identifiers.

We do not require you to create an account, we do not store passwords, and we do not sell your data.

Affiliate tracking

When you click a hotel or search link on this site you are passed to Booking.com through Commission Junction, an affiliate network. CJ and Booking.com set their own cookies at that point in order to attribute any booking you make. This does not change the price you pay. See our affiliate disclosure for how that relationship works.

Cookies

We use minimal first-party cookies for site functionality. Once you follow an affiliate link you leave this site, and Booking.com and Commission Junction place their own cookies under their own policies. You can clear or block cookies through your browser at any time.

Third parties

Hotel pages embed a Google Maps frame to show the location. Following an affiliate link takes you to Booking.com, at which point their privacy policy and CJ Affiliate's apply rather than ours. We have no control over how those companies handle your data.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise those rights, email hello@newyorkhotels.co.uk.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
